新汉导入Profet AI机器学习自动化解决方案，将产品规格输入(板材尺寸/厚度、产线别、BOM…等)系统，并将回焊炉温升曲线等相关特性及历史大数据数据汇入，即可建立PCBA & Reflow生产模型。尔后进行新产品投片，只需将新产品规格输入后，就能经由AI机器学习自动得到Reflow参数优化推荐。将以往人为设定Reflow温升曲线，转换为由透过过往成功温升曲线数据来做学习，减少人员Reflow调教参数时间，也大幅提升Reflow产出良率。
为落实提供客户「高质量、短交期、低成本的产品服务」的目标，美的集团旗下之美的制冷设备与新汉智能子公司新固兴科技与马来西亚技术服务办公室合作，为其泰国厂建置与整合机器人化电子成品自动输送与仓储管理工程与系统，包含九条线输送线、升降机及空中输送带，现场透过中央监控(SCADA)与自动仓储(ASRS)系统数字化管理现场所有设备，并将电子成品透过无线射频辨识(RFID)将生产数据及加工过站数据送到制造执行系统(MES)与仓库管理系统(WMS)，加入J-Mobile工业物联网软件，可实时联机监控生产进度与成品储位管理。
频率组件大厂采用智能型视觉采集器-VIC7000系列，提供高安全性、非侵入式的PC-based 设备撷取数据( Non Protocol)解决方案。可在不影响设备运行的情况下，实时利用影像讯号撷取出生产设备画面上的参数与数据。利用视觉辨识取代人工抄写，不但省掉了聘雇2~3位劳工的成本，也减少人工出错的误报率，亦可协助管理者进行机台状态实时监控、 资产巡检，亦可追踪制程履历及掌握制程参数以进行数据分析以提高制造效率和优化成本。
